I also tried this tweaking utility it says it can repair icons and start up programs but no luck, it just reported there is corrupted one file cabinet that is only useful in updating. I do not recall I have seen this wireless properties tab in this pc before but I have seen it in my other PC with same OS build. I am using usb stick that connect to internet it is plug and play so it does not require any driver or software, I have tried it on several PCs. I then tried the Wlan autoconfig followed the instructions as in youtube, I found I have to reboot to connect to internet otherwise it was not possible to restart Wlan autoconfig, the PC can connect to internet but not automatically when rebooting, the wireless I started SFC scannow and it checked the system and did not find any integrity violation.
